The Arts

The Horizon Institute proudly announces our classes which focus on:  Acting, Dramatic Writing, Musical Theatre and Directing.

THERE IS NOTHING BETTER THAN THE ARTS!!!

The arts do more for children and adults that anyone can ever imagine. There is a creative spirit we all need to tap into. It guides us and feeds us into its world. It validates us for being human, and also exposes us to to a higher awareness.  It opens up doors to unknown worlds and help us to explore ourselves while seeking to find out about others.

While you are on the Horizon, we challenge you to be different.

The Horizon Institute will offer theater training  which helps students:

  1. Become confident speaking in front of others (public speaking!)

  2. Become comfortable in the sharing of their ideas

  3. Strengthen reading comprehension & analysis skills

  4. Increase self esteem

  5. Foster a greater awareness for self and others in the environment

Our core philosophy is to build a strong foundation that inspires thought, creativity and discovery as we seek to create leaders that will strive for excellence.
